Martín's restaurant Puratierra featured on the World's 50 best restaurants Latin America for 3 years with his unique approach to exploring the roots of his country's cuisine through pre-Columbian culture and native products. Martin's career has seen him work allover the world including in France, the home of head chef at A Prayer for the Wild at Heart, Stephane Brizard. This night brings together two chefs from two different cultures combining their rich experience with their love of classic cooking to create a beautiful 5 course experience showcasing the best of South Australian produce.
